...simply, among the best service providers I've ever done business with: friendly, helpful above & beyond, getting answers and solutions ... my Intoxalock situation was complex and screwed up by another installer: this team - from Jacob to Brett, Wayne, and all - fixed it: arranging a tow and an overdue smog test, and making the new install of more complex equipment work, with constant friendly followup at every step along the way ... that journey isn't over yet, but I look forward to working with these guys to make it as painless as possible ... their care and attention are worth whatever the price ... don't choose the 'low price provider' because this entire process is like pulling teeth, and IMO the Wayne & Sons team are 'master dentists' for this!
