Top-notch quality and customer service. Not only did Wayne give me a detailed explanation of everything wrong with my vehicle, but he actually showed me what he was talking about on my car. As a visual person, this was very helpful! Even though there was more wrong with my car than I had hoped, Wayne was very reasonable with his prices, even offering to rotate my tires and run a "check engine light" diagnostic for free. After all repairs were made and I had paid for services, he realized he forgot to charge me for the alignment. Instead of asking for my debit card again, he just wrote it off as "free." I was genuinely surprised and very pleased by that kind act. I usually dislike dealing with auto repair shops because I always feel like I'm being cheated or tricked.
