I would tell everyone: My experience as a new customer was great. I felt comfortable, welcomed & found Wayne to be most helpful. He even call the dealership to find our what grade of oil was used in my car the last time it was in for service. Being elderly & on Social Security I welcomed his reasonable rates & didn't feel I was being taken advantage of or over charged for the parts & labor needed to service my car properly. The fact they were kind enough to deliver my car to me at the end of the day was an unexpected courtesy that I didn't expect but greatly appreciated. I'd say Wayne & Sons goes far & beyond most shops when it comes to excellent service, & fair rates.
