They understuded the problem (engine lifter noise and coolent loss), explained what was needed to repair, the time needed and provided an estimate. I was provided with progress reports via telephone and at completion showed what parts had failed and why problem(s) had occurred. I must say that Wayne's son Brett is very knowledable and dedeicated to providing customer satifaction. I will contnue to use the services of Wayne and Sons and recommend to others.. - Richard L.
