I was impressed with my first visit to Wayne's. I appreciated very much that he took the time to show me the actual parts of the car [under the hood] that were having issues and needed to be fixed. When seeing the problem it became very obvious that it needed to be fixed. I've never had a mechanic SHOW me the problem, and over the years with other mechanic shops, I've just had to "trust" that I was being told the truth when paying the bill. - Lisa O. (5 star review)
