I was referred to Wayne & Sons Automotive by Keith at Pristine Auto Detail. My experience was great from the first contact. I needed an oil change and asked Wayne if there was any chance they could fit me in. He asked a couple of questions and then graciously scheduled me in early afternoon. The shop was clean and bright, and the waiting area was comfortable. In just about an hour, Brett had not only changed my oil and done a requested safety check but also had found dirty filters and asked my permission to replace them. When he discovered the car also needed a mileage-based brake bleed, he offered to fit that in, too. Top-notch quality and customer service. Not only did Wayne give me a detailed explanation of everything wrong with my vehicle, but he actually showed me what he was talking about on my car. As a visual person, this was very helpful! Even though there was more wrong with my car than I had hoped, Wayne was very reasonable with his prices, even offering to rotate my tires and run a "check engine light" diagnostic for free. After all repairs were made and I had paid for services, he realized he forgot to charge me for the alignment. Instead of asking for my debit card again, he just wrote it off as "free." I was genuinely surprised and very pleased by that kind act. I usually dislike dealing with auto repair shops because I always feel like I'm being cheated or tricked. I would tell everyone: My experience as a new customer was great. I felt comfortable, welcomed & found Wayne to be most helpful. He even call the dealership to find our what grade of oil was used in my car the last time it was in for service. Being elderly & on Social Security I welcomed his reasonable rates & didn't feel I was being taken advantage of or over charged for the parts & labor needed to service my car properly. The fact they were kind enough to deliver my car to me at the end of the day was an unexpected courtesy that I didn't expect but greatly appreciated. I'd say Wayne & Sons goes far & beyond most shops when it comes to excellent service, & fair rates. We were passing through town and our truck needed servicing. I called Wayne at 8:00am and asked if we could bring it in at 10:00. Even with the short notice he was able to squeeze us in. When I pulled up at the scheduled time, he was ready. He even ordered the needed supplies in advance and the truck was ready in an hour. Wayne and his son run a great shop.
