I came to Wayne's because I know Bill whom I trust completely. Through Bill who works there I have become a regular customer. I met Wayne and family and could tell immediately that these are GOOD, HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO CARE! Having had a former career, must of which was as involved directly with Large Dealerships and Repair shops, Wayne's and Son's is so impressive. I would tell people that Honesty, Expertise, Caring, Kindness can be found at Wayne and Son's. Furthermore, such great care is taken to diagnose issues, rather than just start replacing things. I was impressed with my first visit to Wayne's. I appreciated very much that he took the time to show me the actual parts of the car [under the hood] that were having issues and needed to be fixed. When seeing the problem it became very obvious that it needed to be fixed. They are so helpful, amazing, and you can trust them to do a great job! They fixed my leak in the sunroof when it was pouring last winter and helped me get all the water out. They let my husband take their car charger to jump his car when he broke down 5 blocks away. I get all my oil changes there and they fixed an electrical problem for me which no one else could figure out - quite reasonable prices too!! I recommend them highly to all. - Shelley M.
