Saved us over $4000. My sister in law took her 15-year old Subaru into a local specialist when her car consistently bucked when starting from a stop. They told her she needed: head gasket replacement, new brakes, new brake lines, new tires and radiator for a total bill of $6000. She is retired, so this was a shock. She called me for advice; I told her to go to Wayne & Sons for a second opinion. He fixed the car for $1800 and it runs fine. No head gasket replacement. No new brakes. No new brake lines. No new tires. Tune-up Yes. New radiator, Yes. A couple of other things. In a few months, he told her there a some other items that will need attention for a total of about $1300. THE BEST SHOP around! They work on diesel engines and they are able to work on my big blue bus. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and friendly mechanics, fast and fair prices. Listening to me describing issues (me: someone who knows nothing about engines or cars in general), diving right into the diagnostic to know what's up with my rig, updating me during the day on the phone, Wayne explaining me what were they working on and also got detailed notes on the invoice to know what were the problems and how were they fixed. A dream. I don't have a lot of $$$ but they deserve every single penny. I don't know what I'm gonna do without these guys when I hit the road full time. They are so precious! Amazing customer service!! I took my wife's 2016 lexus 200t in for warranty work because they were one of the approved shops on the list I had. The rental car company dropped the ball so the owners wife personally drove my wife to work in Rincoln Valley and picked her back up because they got the job done in the same day!! All of this at NO CHARGE to us!! I am an auto tech myself and checked their work and they did a GREAT job!! Only reason I didn't do it myself because it was under warranty. Top notch service! I had a rear air locker for my Jeep that I needed the bearing pulled off. I stopped by this shop after trying to find a bearing puller at Harbor Freight with no luck. A few months ago we decided to do a complete engine upgrade for our 5th generation Camaro, which is our Pride and Joy. We live in small town 3hrs away from Wayne and sons. We were so uncomfortable about what mechanics we could trust to do this work. I had been looking at the Jasper engines which led us to Wayne and sons along with all the great reviews folks wrote about them. From the very first phone call to them I felt a sense of relief . They were able to confidently and quickly give me all the information I needed to make the big decisions to move forward with this project. Every one at the shop made us feel like they personally cared for the major work that was being done as well as how they could make us feel comfortable during the project. Their "mater of fact"confidence was extremely reassuring . I am now planning on driving 3 hrs to have them change the oil because we don't think we can trust anyone else getting under our hood ! I would give these guys a hundred stars if I could! I'm right now sitting in their waiting area writing this review as they are working on my aged 2002 Toyota Sequoia. I "discovered" Wayne and Sons only yesterday when everything "hit the fan," so to speak, with my SUV. I am a single female, and new to Santa Rosa. Wayne and Sons were the highest rated on YELP, and now I know why. Not only did Wayne rescue me twice yesterday (he made service calls to where my SUV had died), he's now told me that even if they have to stay late, they will get me on the road tonight, so I can get to work in the morning. I'm so grateful for Wayne and his son, Brett, for taking care of me (and my two dogs who are also hanging out here) both yesterday and today. And getting me safely going again.
